Young Professionals of Greater Lubbock is a group of active, civic-minded professionals who see Lubbock as a great place to live, work, and play. YPGL seeks to develop emerging leaders and attract and retain diverse young talent throughout the Lubbock region.

YP Lubbock hosts monthly networking events at locations throughout Lubbock. The group also hosts the annual 20 Under 40 event. In addition, the group hosts quarterly lunch and learn events.
