The Fiestas Del Lllano  to commemorate Mexican Independence day will take place September 15th, 16th & 17th. 

On Thursday September 15, the traditional Grito De Dolores Ceremony will be conducted at 7:00 pm at the Buddy Holly Park, at the Landwer-Manicapelli House, located at 2525 Cesar Chavez Drive.

No Pageant this year.

The annual 16 De Septiemrbre Parade will began Saturday 17th, at 10:00 am starting from Broadway and Ave V, East on Broadway, then North on Ave M to East side of Civic Center parking lot. 

The Fiestas Patrias celebration will be held at  Buddy Holly Park, at the Landwer-Manicapelli House, located at 2525 Cesar Chavez Drive starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm with muisc, food vendors, kids area, train, jumpers, crafts and face painting.

The live music line-up includes:

2:30 – 3:15 Mariachi Estrella

3:30 – 4:15 Ballet Folklorico Aztlan

5:00 – 5:45  Grupo Equis

6:00 – 6:45  JJ Y Grupo Avance

7:00 - 7:45 Grupo Atrevido

8:00 -  8:45  Grupo Peligro
